Profile

The Teaching and Learning Manager oversees and manages the development and delivery of the undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes within the School. They manage the School’s student-facing teams, and work closely with the School Manager on forward planning, as the School continues to grow by 10% per annum.

The Teaching and Learning Manager ensures that e-learning content conforms to and accurately reflects current academic regulations, and ensures processes are in place for the assessment of both coursework and examinations, overseeing scrutiny processes for examination papers, mark collation, exam board processes and progression.

The Teaching and Learning Manager oversees student complaints and implements policies and procedures to address areas for improvement. They also oversee coordination of induction, enrolment and registration for UG and PGT students.

The Teaching and Learning Manager reports to the School Manager and has responsibility for the UG, PG, Student Engagement and QA teams.
