Profile

Ashley leads the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team, ensuring efficient and effective support to faculty, staff, and students. He works closely with the Dean and Deputy Dean to ensure the business school's strategic priorities are integrated with its operational activities, developing a unified and innovative environment. He is a member of the school's Steering Group and Executive Committee.

Ashley has a wealth of experience in leadership and business management acquired from working in the higher education, not-for-profit, and hospitality sectors. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Management and Related Services, as well as an Executive MBA and an MSc in Business and Management Research, both earned from Henley Business School.

As a qualified Thinking Environment™ facilitator, Ashley is also a tutor at the School of Economics and Finance where he leads personal development, presentation skills, and workplace bullying and harassment training within their Degree Apprenticeship programmes.
