Professor Ken Davies is the former head of global relations at the OECD, and also worked as a Senior Economist at the Vale Columbia Center on Sustainable International Investment at Columbia University. He wrote and published OECD Investment Policy Reviews of China and co-authored similar reviews of Russia, India and Indonesia.
Currently he is President of Growing Capacity Inc, a consultancy promoting investment for development.
