Dr Manuela Russo

Profile

I obtained a degree in clinical psychology in Italy and then a PhD in psychosis at the King’s College London. I have a longstanding experience in conducting clinical research in schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

Before joining Queen Mary University of London, I was postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (NY, USA) and at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (King’s College London).

Currently, I am the project manager for the IMPULSE study (EC funded project under the Horizon 2020 program) at the Unit of Social and Community Psychiatry.

Research Interests:

Psychosis, neurocognition and social cognition of psychotic disorders, implementation science
