Profile

I graduated with an MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Biology from Imperial College, London, and am currently a third-year PhD student at the Wolfson Institute of Population Health at Queen Mary, University of London. My thesis, entitled ‘Longitudinal population-based observational study of coronavirus disease in the UK population’ is supervised by Professor Adrian Martineau, Professor Christopher Griffiths, Professor Seif Shaheen, and Professor Aziz Sheikh. I am also a Principal Investigator on the COVIDENCE UK project, which aims to advance understanding of risk factors for coronavirus disease among UK adults, monitor any long-term complications of COVID-19, evaluate the impact of coronavirus disease on the physical, mental and economic wellbeing of the UK population and to establish a platform for future research on coronavirus disease in the UK.
