What Mental Health support is available?

The Employee Assistance Programme offers counselling to all members of staff. You can also speak to your Employee Relations Manager about a referral to Occupational Health. We offer Mental Health Awareness training which can be booked through the course booking system. Mental Health First Aid training is also available. 

I’m having issues within my team, what can I do?

In the first instance, talk to your manager. You can also contact the Employee Relations Adviser or Manager for your area, Report & Support, or the Employee Assistance Programme which is also there to help provide resources and support. 

I want to improve my physical health, what does Queen Mary offer?

I feel overwhelmed with work, what can I do?
