Summary of research

This research aims to promote cultural participation and creativity online by giving adequate interpretation to the fundamental rights of author, user, right holder, and online intermediary and reintergreting them within the EU online intermediary copyright liability regime.

Biography

Yifei Wang is currently a Herchel Smith PhD candidate at Queen Mary University of London, having completed LLB in 2021 and LLM in Intellectual Property Law in 2022.
