Work Experience: 

Prior to joining Queen Mary, Meena worked with the Danish Refugee Council in Greece for three years. Her various roles involved enabling vulnerable individuals’ access to services in camps, reporting on the protection and legal context in Greece, assisting with protection programme development and implementation, and conducting research focused on the experiences of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in Greece. Meena has also researched other contexts such as Afghanistan. Since joining Queen Mary, she has worked as a Teaching Associate and a Research Assistant in the School of Politics and International Relations.
