With results day fast approaching, we understand that this can be a nerve-wracking time for students and their supporters. If on Thursday you have not secured a place at university, or choose to apply to another, you can apply through Clearing to find a course that is right for you.
The School of Mathematical Sciences expects to have places available in Clearing for some of our courses. These places are likely to fill quickly so we encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as possible after receiving your results.
We have a dedicated Maths Clearing webpage where you can find out information about our available places and how to get in touch with us. There is also a wealth of information about Clearing on the QMUL website(link is external) that aims to answer your questions and put you at ease with how the process works.
During the Clearing process it can feel like things are moving rapidly but make sure to take some time to learn more about the programmes on offer and to find out more information about what makes studying Maths at QMUL special. Choosing where to study is a big decision, so it’s important to find a course that is right for you. You can find out more about our degree programmes here. If you are interested in applying to QMUL through Clearing but have not visited us before, plan to do some research about the university too. You can learn about life at QMUL(link is external) and our London campus(link is external) or alternatively, you can visit us to have a campus tour and speak to staff and students on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th August.
