The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), Queen Mary University of London, has a thriving campus presence in central Paris. We offer innovative postgraduate LLM programmes with several specialisms in commercial law, as well as undertaking research, seminars and other associated activities.
The teaching and other activities are conducted in English by Queen Mary faculty and distinguished guest lecturers. Everything takes place in the heart of Paris at the University of London Institute in Paris (ULIP) near Invalides.
Extending activities to Paris is a natural step for an outward-looking and innovative Centre like CCLS. Being in this city generates a range of opportunities for exchange, dialogue, thought and scholarship within France and Continental Europe.
Professor Ian Walden, Head of CCLS
Building on existing links and networks, fostered through the CCLS alumni and friends of the LLM in Paris programme, we are proud to see the CCLS community in Paris flourish, and our collaborative opportunities grow and develop.
Professor Jonathan Griffiths, Director of CCLS in Paris.
