The London Hospital Anaesthetic Gathering will comprise of Anaesthetists who worked at the London Hospital between the mid-1960s to the 1980s, comprising mostly of graduates from the London Hospital Medical College as well as other Institutions.

- Seared Atlantic Salmon, New Potato Tian, Salt Caramel Black Olive, Shiso Cress & Pepper Coulis
