A reunion has been organised for Barts 1978 starters or 1983 leavers and their guests on Saturday 29th September 2018 at The Charterhouse, Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AN

If you ever wondered what when on over that back wall of College Hall –  now you’ll see!

 

The afternoon event will depend on numbers of people wanting to come. Please get back to us letting us know whether you fancy the afternoon as well as the evening.

Afternoon

 £38.50 + VAT per person

Includes, Venue Hire

4 Canapes and 1 Bowl Food

½ bottle House Wine per person

Timings and Set up:

• 2.30pm/3.00pm TBC – Guests arrive
• 3.15pm – Reception in the Old Library or Norfolk Garden weather dependent or the Queens Walk (overlooking the Old Bart’s site)
• Canapes served
• 4.30pm – Event closes
• 5.00pm – All guests depart

 

Evening

 £82.50 + VAT per person

Short History Talk of the Charterhouse

Prosecco Reception 1-2 glasses per person

Three Course Meal with ½ bottle House Wine per person

Coffee and Petits Fours

• 6.30pm – Reception in the Old Library or Norfolk Garden weather dependent
• 7.00pm – Short History introduction
• 7.30pm – Dinner in the Great Chamber
• Speeches and Toasts TBC
• 10.00pm – Event closes
• 10.30pm – All guests depart
