Through collaborative discussions with trainees, I identified widespread uncertainty in applying the Confusion Assessment Method (CAM) during busy ward rounds. Their candid feedback about struggling to recall features under pressure shaped my design of a concise 10-minute e-learning module. Working with peers to select realistic clinical vignettes ensured authentic practice scenarios. Piloting with ten postgraduate trainees revealed significant knowledge gains (scores rising from 1.6 to 3.6 out of 4) and increased confidence in documenting and escalating delirium. This co-creative approach, recognised at the CENN National Symposium, demonstrated how student-led innovations grounded in peer insights can drive meaningful educational change.
