I have worked extensively on improving the student experience in the School of History. This includes advocating for adjustments within modules to make them more inclusive and representing the student voice in meetings and committees alongside staff. I have organised roundtables for students with directors of education and increased the representation of black students within the student leadership team. From this, I also helped introduce a new student leadership role and initiative. My ongoing work has created positive change and set the groundwork for future improvements.
