Hayat Vaziuddin Alvi

Hayat Vaziuddin Alvi, School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences

As a TELT Student Ambassador, I worked in partnership with Queen Mary's TELT team to design, deliver and refine workshops on QM+, Echo360 and digital portfolios, helping students build confidence with key digital tools. I co-created Menti-based interactive content for Welcome Week, ran engagement activities at a Library Square stall, and helped shape TELT's Instagram presence to promote sessions and grow student participation. I also volunteered at the Queen Mary Academy Festival of Education 2026, supporting setup and visitor engagement. This experience strengthened my facilitation skills, my understanding of barriers to digital participation, and my appreciation for feedback-informed, collaborative educational design.
