My project focused on student engagement through peer-led learning in a laboratory environment. As a Lab Mentor, I worked closely with SBBS students during practical sessions, providing guidance on laboratory techniques and experimental procedures, while helping to create a supportive learning environment. By offering accessible guidance and reassurance from experienced students, the initiative aims to increase confidence, encourage engagement, and improve the overall laboratory learning experience for students.
