Building on my background as a Peer-Led Skills Facilitator, I have focused on co-creating educational spaces where student voices actively shape the learning environment. As a student co-creator for the SBBS Careers Day, I collaborated with staff and peers to dismantle linear career narratives and make exploration more accessible. My work included designing an inclusive careers booklet with narrative-driven biographies and co-moderating the Careers in Research panel, where we prioritized discussions on uncertainty and interdisciplinary change. By combining student advocacy with creative communication, I aim to build human, partner-driven environments that empower students to navigate their futures with confidence.
