Professor Matthews welcomes Chinese delegation to London

On 18 September 2013 Professor Duncan Matthews joined Partners from the London firm of European Patent Attorneys, Kilburn and Strode, and the Rt Hon Professor Sir Robin Jacob, the Sir Hugh Laddie Chair in Intellectual Property at University College London, in welcoming to London a delegation from Guangdong Intellectual Property Office, led by Mr. Tang Yi, Deputy Director. Gwilym Roberts, China Partner at Kilburn and Strode, commented afterwards “this was a valuable opportunity for us to not only strengthen our relationships with the Guangdong patent office in China, but also recognise the importance of China in the global IP marketplace. Kilburn & Strode, along with Queen Mary, are committed to building and maintaining strong ties with China.”
