Booking a visit or activity
We offer a range of activities, visits and workshops to support the progression of young people to Higher Education.
Activities that are open to bookings are available to browse on our Activity Portal. To streamline our Outreach activity, we work with a number of target schools in London and beyond, but we encourage enquiries from all schools and colleges. In order to support informed decisions about Higher Education, we primarily target students from Year 11 to Year 13 and their key influencers, including their parents, carers, teachers, and advisers.
To make the process of booking as easy as possible, we have outlined five key steps for teachers and advisers to follow:
Take a look at our Activity Portal* for a full list of activities we offer. Our activities are primarily aimed at students in Year 11 to Year 13 are designed in line with Gatsby Benchmark 7 and to support informed decisions and provide encounters with Further and Higher Education.
*If you have a specific activity or event in mind that is not listed on our Activity Portal, or you would like University representation at an existing event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the full details of your request. A member of staff will aim to get back to you within five working days.
Once you have found an activity of interest, use the visit website button on the activity portal to navigate to our contact form. Please provide as much information as possible and include the full details of your request, including suggested dates and group size.
When your booking is accepted, you’ll be asked to return a signed copy of our Service Level Agreement. This needs to be returned at least two weeks before the activity takes place, and bookings are not confirmed until the Service Level Agreement is received.
Ahead of the activity, please browse our important documents and ensure any accompanying staff are aware of the relevant Risk Assessment, Service Level Agreement, and Registration Requirements.
