Queen Mary uses MS Outlook (Microsoft Office 365) for its staff and student email.
All QMUL staff and students are given a Microsoft email account and are expected to use this for interaction with the university and for university business.
This is automatically set up when the staff or student members starts at the university.
MS Outlook offers:
- Email account - email address and mailbox
- Webmail - access your email in your browser
- Calendar
Support hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm excluding bank holidays and college closure days
