I hold a BSc in Economics and Politics from QMUL, an MSc in Political Sociology from the LSE and an MA in the History of Political Thought and Intellectual History from QMUL and UCL.As part of my PhD, I work on the first texts to introduce economic and commercial development as part and parcel of politics and study their implications upon early imperial expansion and the state, with a particular focus on the writings of the Italian Jesuit Giovanni Botero.Research
