25 June 2018 - 28 June 2018
Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm
In June 2018 we will be hosting the seventh series of our School of History Taster Days, aimed at year 12 (or lower sixth form) students.
Each Taster Day begins with an introduction and ends with a session on the UCAS Personal Statement. In between, Sixth Formers attend a university style lecture as well as two seminar classes of their choice, selected from a wide range of options. They meet some of our undergraduates, who will take them on a tour of the campus and answer any questions they might have about university life. We also provide lunch, at which students can chat informally with members of our student body and academic staff.
Students are welcome to come alone or as part of a larger group, and teachers are very welcome to attend and observe the process.
