'Mariam Bqain, BDS3 has recently been awarded to the Barts and The London Vacation Scholarship. The vacation scholarship scheme is supported by the Medical College of St Bartholomew’s Hospital Trust, the Bart’s Cancer Institute and the QMUL Annual Fund. Mariam is going to conduct a pilot study, supervised Dr Aylin Baysan and Dr Saroash Shahid, to evaluate the efficacy of a unique formulation of a silver diamine fluoride agent on the management of root caries.
