If you are affected by any incident of hate, or if you are concerned by difficulties such as relationship or familial abuse at all, especially during this period of social distancing, you can still seek support and contact us at Report + Support.
The Advice and Counselling Service has information about resources to support your emotional and mental health at this time, as well as practical advice about issues like money and immigration.
Our library services remain open and accessible online to all students, and the ground floor of the Mile End campus Library is now open.
Study spaces are also now open on our Mile End campus at canalside and in the Francis Bancroft Building. Students wishing to use study space in these buildings, or in the Library, must book in advance. Details of available space and booking instructions are available on the student intranet.
The Students’ Union is working to reopen the facilities that it runs.
The Qmotion sports facilities are now open, and have been reconfigured for social distancing.
The Mile End campus village shop will reopen on 3 August, and further campus cafés will reopen later in August.
The Curve (restaurant and coffee shop) has remained open throughout the pandemic.
The Nucleus Café at Whitechapel is now also open.
Summer ceremonies have been postponed and we are carefully following government and PHE advice. Any student expecting to graduate this year will get an award.
