Integrated Foundation Year

For which degree courses can you start with an integrated Foundation year?

You can add an integrated Foundation year to each of our Undergraduate degree courses.

When does the integrated Foundation year start?

You can start your Foundation year either in September or in January.

What are the main advantages of an integrated Foundation year compared with a stand-alone Foundation year?

Our Undergraduate courses with an integrated Foundation year are four-year degree programmes that provide the advantage of seamless integration in various ways.

First, the integrated Foundation year is a bespoke programme that gives the best possible academic preparation for the following three years of your Undergraduate course.

Second, our integrated Foundation programmes provide significant convenience and enhanced security with respect to your university (UCAS), Student Finance as well as visa applications.

Third, our integrated Foundation programmes also help to provide a better student experience, creating a sense of belonging, as you will be involved with SEF initiatives and social activities from the start of your Foundation year.
