Profile

Denys Iliasov is a PhD Candidate in Finance in the School of Economics and Finance at the Queen Mary University of London. His research focuses on corporate finance, especially issues related to capital structure, corporate governance, ownership structure, law and regulation, and the internal organization of firms. Recent topics include investors’ legal protection and corporate borrowings, institutional dual-holdings impact on corporate value and performance, and regulatory uncertainty effects regarding institutional portfolio composition and green investments.

Denys holds a Master of Research in Finance from the Queen Mary University of London, a Master’s degree in Corporate Management from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, and a Master of Science in Finance from the Higher School of Economics.
