Discover Economics - Empowering Women

The School of Economics and Finance hosted an event dedicated to empowering and championing women in Economics, in partnership with the Royal Economic Society.

The one-day held on 9 November event brought together over 100+ high school students, educators, and professionals who share a passion for Economics. The event aimed to spotlight achievements, challenges, and opportunities for women in Economics and created a space for networking, learning, and inspiring the next generation of female economists. The event included a workshop for teaching economics for teachers.
