Christopher Tyson's research on the parliamentary Brexit endgame featured on VoxEU.com

Dr Christopher Tyson’s research has been featured on VoxEU.com. In a recent paper, Dr Tyson analyses the parliamentary Brexit "endgame"; constructing a model of the preferences of MPs over the possible outcomes that is calibrated to their behaviour on the meaningful and indicative votes. The model allows us to determine what would be necessary to build a stable majority either to pass Theresa May's Withdrawal Agreement or to revoke Article 50 and remain in the EU, under the assumption of a hard deadline for reaching a consensus. Dr Tyson also writes that: "The model does not support the claim that Parliament will never allow a no-deal exit."
