Dr Richard Johnson, Lecturer in US Politics and Policy at Queen Mary University of London, writes on Rishi Sunak seeming to repeat Edward Heath's mistakes with his anti-strike bill.He writes: "The Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill will not end industrial disruption, but in claiming that it will, Sunak is setting himself up for failure. If Sunak repeats Heath’s famous question of 1974, “Who governs?”, the answer after the next general election may well not be him."
