Lecturer in European Politics, Dr Stijn van Kessel and Lecturer in Politics, Dr Javier Sajuria, co-wrote an opinion piece for Stuk Rood Vlees discussing the supporters of populist parties. Yet voters of populist parties are often portrayed as poorly informed and prone to mesmerizing yet misleading words from a charismatic leader.”
