Dr Rainbow Murray talks to BBC Breakfast about the newly elected French President, Emmanuel Macron: “The first big problem that he has is that he needs to get himself a parliamentary majority and only has six weeks to do it, and with a political party that has only been around for a year. He needs to be successful in doing that because if he can’t get his laws through parliament, his presidency will be over before it’s begun.”
