Prof Tim Bale discusses David Cameron and Eurosceptic pressures on the LSE EUROPP Blog

He describes Mr Lidington as "undoubtedly one of the smartest members of the parliamentary Conservative party and the coalition government"’ and assesses he is "unpalatable" to Conservative Eurosceptics, because of his "moderation and pragmatism"’.
