Our Approach

1. Consultation

Your questions: Where do I start? What is my product and how do I develop it? Who is my audience? Where are they and how do I reach them? I’ve got an idea for a potential approach but how do I know it will work?

2. Content Strategy

Your questions: What’s the plan? How do I work with heads of schools and academics to define and position my course? How do I work with you through the process? What do I need to do to go to market?

3. Design

Your questions: What support can I access to get things moving in terms of design? What should the learning experience look like? Which associated technologies fit the type of course I’m planning?

4. Delivery

Your questions: What about any gaps in the content we’ve planned? How do I ensure the quality of course delivery is high? Are the learning materials comprehensive? Which learning platforms are best suited to the planned course?

5. Promotion

Your questions: How will my target audience find out about my course? What marketing support can I expect? What about sales? How do you work with the admissions team?

6. Amplification

Your questions: How do we make sure the marketing is effective? Can we change it as we go? What happens if we don’t recruit enough students?
