Congratulations to our 2019 graduates

Over 200 students from the School of Mathematical Sciences took to the stage in the Great Hall on Wednesday 24 July to graduate in front of family and friends.

Students were joined by academic staff from across the School as they celebrated their achievements at Queen Mary. 

Two finalists from the School were also awarded prizes during the ceremony.

Special congratulations go to:

  • Keya Deb, who was awarded the University of London Wynne-Roberts Prize, as well as an Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA) Prize
  • Vuksan Miranovic, who was awarded the Queen Mary Syed Hamid Prize and an Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA) Prize

We'd like to wish all of our 2019 graduates the very best for the future and hope to keep in touch.
