Applications are now open for the Worshipful Company of Actuaries’ Bursaries and Prizes

The Worshipful Company of Actuaries is now accepting applications for bursaries and two prizes for Queen Mary students entering their final year in September 2024.

The Worshipful Company of Actuaries is now accepting applications for bursaries from Actuarial Science students entering their final year of their undergraduate degree in September 2024. The deadline for applying is 30th June 2024.
 
There are also two additional prizes that be awarded to exceptional second-year BSc Actuarial Science students at Queen Mary.

One of these prizes will be awarded to the best performing second year Actuarial Science student, this prize will be determined during the Exam Board in June.

The second will be determined based on individual performance in Actuarial Professional Development this year.

If you would like to be considered for Actuarial Professional Development prize please write a statement of why you wish to become an actuary by 30th May 2024. The statement should be sent to Mr Lloyd Richards (Lloyd.Richards@crowe.co.uk), Mr Chris Sutton (c.sutton@qmul.ac.uk) and Dr Melania Nica (m.nica@qmul.ac.uk).

Please note that if you apply for a both a bursary and a prize the same statement can be used for both applications.
