If you are experiencing any issues with access to e-resources, please e-mail us the details at ejournals@qmul.ac.uk.

When contacting us please provide as much information as possible, this will help us isolate the issue and minimise the time it takes to resolve. Are you on or off campus? Are you using a Windows machine or a Mac? Describe the steps you take from your starting point to the issue, any error messages etc. Screenshots can also be helpful. And if the issue is especially difficult to explain, you can also record your screen using the following installation-free software: Screencast-o-matic.
