Queen Mary University of London has a long and proud history of welcoming students from across Europe to study with us, and we are pleased that over 1000 students from Europe made Queen Mary their home for the 2021/2022 academic year.
However, our relationship reaches much further than the 41 countries from which we welcomed full degree students in 2021. With our medical school campus in Malta, our campus in Paris, and our five campuses across London, our students have opportunities to study across the European continent. And if students are interested in exploring more of what Europe has to offer, the Global Opportunities office has lots of information about European exchanges.
If you are currently an international student studying in the UK, you can also find information to help you here.
Finding the right university requires a lot of research and the information below will provide you with information about entry requirements, give you a chance to hear from our current students about life at Queen Mary and to see some of the doors a Queen Mary degree has helped open for our European alumni.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our regional managers, Joanne Waller (Europe) and Dr Robert Duncan (UK International). You can also check out the Connect With Us page for upcoming events to meet Joanne, Rob, or another member of the International Student Recruitment Team to learn more.
In June 2022 the International Student Recruitment Team recorded a Regional Podcast focused on Europe and CIS. Members of the team sat down with colleagues from Admissions, a senior faculty member and a current student to get the lowdown on everything you'll need to take the next step on your international study journey - from how to engage with Queen Mary from your country, student success stories, entrance requirements and tips on making a great application!
