Professor Rosa Lastra was invited to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) second session of the Intergovernmental Expert Group on Financing for Development (IGE FfD), held from 7 to 9 November 2018, in the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. She joined a high-level expert panel on ‘Debt vulnerabilities in least developed economies: domestic and multilateral policy priorities and options’.
