Reward and Benefits

The Reward and Benefits team manages all the university reward processes, while developing reward policy, new opt-in staff benefits and ensuring adherence to relevant frameworks and guidelines. They are the appropriate contact for queries relating to all Reward schemes including pay and grading structures, Academic Promotions, Staff Bonus Scheme, Professorial Review, the MyRewards platform (retail discounts, e-cards, voucher rewards and additional opt-in benefits) and long service awards.
