HITCHCOCK'S LONDON

Dr Mark Glancy, Senior Lecturer in History, will take you on a journey through London as it was represented in numerous films directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Born in Leytonstone in 1899, Hitchcock made many films that were set in London. Dr Glancy's talk will include Hitchcock films made from the 1920s to the 1970s, and it will consider Hitchcock's use of a diverse array of London's sights and locations, from an East End music hall to the British Museum. The evening will leave you Spellbound.
