CEG maintains suites of patient record searches that help GP practices identify patients for care, increase the accuracy of disease registers, and track progress against targets. We publish our searches in EMIS and SystmOne across North East London and alert practice teams to any changes via our weekly practice e-bulletin.
Our ‘smart’ templates only display the pages relevant to each patient. They ensure practices code their activity correctly - in a way that will be picked up by CEG searches and dashboards, disease registers, and for payment. CEG facilitators develop our templates in collaboration with North East London clinical leads and our in-house clinicians and health data scientists.
CEG dashboards display aggregated data from practices to monitor progress against specific local, regional and national programmes. They display data at practice, PCN, place/locality and regional level, and include additional breakdowns to monitor health inequalities. More about our dashboards.
