Audio interviews with Geraldine Finucane, widow of Pat Finucane, and Tommie Gorman, RTE Northern Ireland editor, by Pat Kenny for RTE Radio 1 show Today with Pat Kenny in 2011 and on 12 December 2012 respectively. On 12 December 2012 the De Silva Report was published. This documented the degree of British state collusion with loyalist gunmen in the killing of Pat Finucane on 12 February 1989. Ahead of the publication of these findings, an interview with Geraldine Finucane is broadcast on the subject of the De Silva enquiry. Tommie Gorman is interviewed on the same subject. Today with Pat Kenny is RTE Radio 1’s daily current affairs programme.
