For the purposes of interviews on the history of schooling in Northern Ireland we switched to audio-visual format. These filmed interviews provided the basis for a short film entitled Out of Adversity. Encouraged by the response from the Northern and Southern Ministers for Education we went on to develop an educational resource pack for use in teacher education.
