Text interview with Robin Berrington, co-founder of the Vital Voices Global Partnership, by Charles Kennedy for Frontline Diplomacy: the Foreign Affairs Oral History Collection of the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training on 13 April 2000. Loar worked with female political and social leaders in Northern Ireland to promote gender equality after the Belfast Agreement/Good Friday Agreement. In this interview she discusses American initiatives on gender issues in Northern Ireland during this period. The Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training is an independent, non-profit organisation which promotes knowledge of American international diplomacy. The Foreign Affairs Oral History Collection consists of over 1,700 transcript interviews from those who shape American foreign policy.
