On 17 and 18 June 2013 the 39th annual G8 summit took place in Northern Ireland. One month previously Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness had announced a new strategy for building a shared future in Northern Ireland entitled ‘Together: Building a United Community’. In this interview Robinson discusses the significance of these announcements to the development of the peace process. The View is a weekly political programme on BBC Northern Ireland.
