Between May 2005 and June 2007 Peter Hain served as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. In January 2012 he published his autobiography Outside In. In this interview he discusses negotiating with key political figures during his period in office in Northern Ireland. The Nolan Show is a daily current affairs programme on BBC Radio Ulster.
