Hayes discusses the intervention of the British government in Northern Ireland affairs between the Sunningdale Agreement and the Ulster Workers’ Council strike. History Lessons was a BBC Radio Ulster series which re-interpreted events in Northern Ireland during the Troubles and Peace Process. This is the second part of a three part interview.
