On that evening, McGuinness delivered a lecture entitled ‘Peace through Partnership’ to the Tim Parry Jonathan Ball Foundation in Warrington. Following this address McGuinness and Parry fielded questions from attendees ranging from the issue of republican negotiations with the British government to the commemoration of combatants and victims. The Tim Parry Jonathan Ball Foundation is a charity organisation which promotes peace and non-violent conflict resolution.
