Transcript of an interview with John Major, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and John Bruton, Irish Taoiseach, on 9 May 1995. On 22 February the British and Irish governments published Framework Documents outlining proposals for a future peace agreement and representative government in Northern Ireland. In this interview Major and Bruton discuss the conditions for future political negotiations in Northern Ireland with particular reference to the issue of decommissioning.
