Transcript of an interview with James Molyneaux, leader of the UUP, by John Humphrys for BBC On the Record on 16 October 1994. Three days earlier the Combined Loyalist Military Command announced a paramilitary ceasefire. On 31 August the Provisional IRA had also announced a cessation of military activities. Molyneaux discusses the stability of these ceasefires and Sinn Féin's political future. On the Record was BBC's flagship political programme.
